Individual humans in the graves.

IndividualID varchar Unique ID for each human specimen
GraveID varchar References the Graves table
IndividualName varchar Published name or code that identifies the specific human specimen
Culture varchar The culture of the human specimen. Not necessarily the culture of the phase, since occasional specimens may be immigrants from another area.
AgeMin decimal Minimum age at death (years)
AgeMax decimal Maximum age at death (years)
AgeCategorical varchar Categorical description of age at death
AgeNote varchar Specific age description such as 'new born', 'child', 'juvenile', 'adolescent', 'senile' etc.
Sex decimal Probability of being female based purely on the anthropoplogical (or biological) evidence, but NOT considering material culture. Therefore a value of 1 indicates female with certainty, a value of 0 indicates male with certainty, and a value of 0.5 indicates an equal probability of male or female. NA indicates that the individual has not been osteometrically assessed. For analysis purposes we can assume a prior of 0.5 for these.
DepositionType varchar The mortuary ritual or rite representing information about decisions made by those who disposed of the dead specimen
CitationID varchar
ItemID varchar
aDNAID varchar Unique aDNA ID for each individual. The ID references the original publication of the individual, not the current state of its availability in large databases (e.g. Allen Ancient DNA Resource).
aDNACitationID varchar Unique Citation ID for the primary litertature publishing the result of aDNA analysis.
Flag varchar Published issues or problems with the aDNA sample.
notes varchar
