Sites
The Sites table represents the highest level in the relationships since all data must be associated with a site.

Country	varchar	Modern geo-political country
Latitude	decimal	Decimal degrees to 3 dp
Longitude	decimal	Decimal degrees to 3 dp. Negative values are west of Greenwich meridian
Notes	varchar
Region	varchar	Administrative or geographic region. Purely for distinguishing sites with same names. Optional.
SiteID	varchar	Unique Site identification number. Numeric of five digits prefix with "S".
SiteName	varchar	Sitename
